アカウント削除のご案内

PastPort(提供: Geneura株式会社)のアカウントは、いつでもアプリ内から削除できます。このページでは、アカウントと関連データの削除方法をご案内します。 1. アプリ内から削除する(推奨) 以下の手順で、アカウントと関連データを削除できます。 1) PastPort アプリを開き、プロフィール画面から「設定」を開きます。 2) 画面下部の ACCOUNT セクションにある「アカウントを削除」を選択します。 3) 確認ダイアログ(2段階)で削除を確定します。 2. アプリを利用できない場合 端末の紛失などでアプリにアクセスできない場合は、登録に使用したメールアドレスから以下の窓口へ「アカウント削除希望」の旨をお送りください。本人確認のうえ、削除手続きを行います。 お問い合わせ窓口:support@geneura.co.jp 3. 削除されるデータ 削除の確定後、以下のデータが削除されます。 ・プロフィール情報(表示名、ユーザーID、プロフィール画像・カバー画像・自署画像、カード記載項目、生年月情報) ・投稿データ(画像、キャプション、押印記録) ・コメント、いいね、フォロー関係、ブロック・ミュート設定 ・通知用トークンなどの端末関連情報 4. 削除の時期(保持期間) 削除を確定すると、上記のデータは直ちに削除処理が開始され、通常は数日以内に完了します。法令に基づき保持が必要な情報を除き、削除リクエストから 90 日を超えてデータが保持されることはありません。削除されたアカウントとデータは復元できません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。 5. アカウントを削除せずに一部のデータを削除する PastPort では、アカウントを削除しなくても以下のデータを個別に削除できます。 ・投稿(画像・キャプション): 各投稿の「…」メニュー →「削除」 ・コメント: コメントの操作メニューから削除 ・プロフィール画像・カバー画像・自署画像: プロフィール編集からいつでも変更・削除できます 上記以外のデータの削除をご希望の場合は、登録に使用したメールアドレスから support@geneura.co.jp までご連絡ください。本人確認のうえ対応します。個別に削除したデータも第4項と同じ期間内に削除されます。

You can delete your PastPort account (operated by Geneura Inc.) at any time from within the app. This page explains how to delete your account and associated data. 1. Delete from within the app (recommended) 1) Open the PastPort app and open "Settings" from your profile screen. 2) In the ACCOUNT section at the bottom, select "Delete Account". 3) Confirm the deletion in the two-step confirmation dialog. 2. If you cannot access the app If you cannot access the app (for example, due to a lost device), please contact us at the address below from the email address you used to register, stating that you wish to delete your account. We will process the deletion after verifying your identity. Contact: support@geneura.co.jp 3. Data that will be deleted After deletion is confirmed, the following data will be deleted: - Profile information (display name, user ID, profile / cover / signature images, card fields, year and month of birth) - Posts (images, captions, stamp records) - Comments, likes, follow relationships, block / mute settings - Device-related information such as notification tokens 4. When data is deleted (retention period) Once deletion is confirmed, the data above is queued for deletion immediately and is normally removed within a few days. Except where retention is required by law, no data is retained for more than 90 days after your deletion request. Deleted accounts and data cannot be restored. See our Privacy Policy for details. 5. Deleting some of your data without deleting your account In PastPort you can also delete the following data individually, without deleting your account: - Posts (image and caption): "..." menu on each post → "Delete" - Comments: delete from the comment's action menu - Profile / cover / signature images: change or remove them anytime from profile editing For any other data deletion request, contact support@geneura.co.jp from the email address you used to register. We will respond after verifying your identity. Individually deleted data is removed within the same period described in section 4.
